Constellation Coaches

What is a coach?
The Constellation for AIDS Competence functions as a global network of coaches and facilitators that promote 'the other way'. Coaches don't see themselves as "AIDS experts". They do not seek to organize resources. Rather, they stimulate responses by appreciating people's strengths and by learning from what they do. In this way AIDS Competence spreads: people care, they connect to others, they change and they transfer their experiences to other groups and organizations.

In addition to the 12 founding members, 29 new Coaches from around the globe have already been invited to the Constellation and many will be invited to join in the future.

How can you become a coach?
You can always participate at Constellation events, to learn about the AIDS Competence Process. To become a coach, you do not need a diploma or a specific status. However, you need to show a positive learning attitude and facilitation skills. Two existing coaches will invite you to become a coach, once they have seen you facilitate the AIDS Competence Process.
