Members help each other:
- to appreciate local strengths
- to stimulate dialogue and local action
- link communities with available local resources
- to be transformed individually by learning from local responses
- to stimulate knowledge creation and sharing
- to transfer and to embed lessons learned in their own context
- to participate in local, national and international knowledge sharing
Ways of working
- Participation is personal and voluntary
- Work through invitations (do not select)
- Any community/organisation can invite a team
- Teams are made up of peers. There are no hierarchical relations.
