Our Tools |

| Building the Dream What is your dream? The first step towards AIDS Competence is to be clear about your ambitions. Where do you want to go? Because until you have a picture of your destination, you won't be able to decide what you need to do in order to get there. More on Building the Dream |
Self Assessment How competent is your community to deal with HIV/AIDS? Communities need to discuss HIV/AIDS in order to own the problem. The Self Assessment opens up the dialogue. Communities assess their own strengths, decide on their own actions, and measure their own change. More on Self Assessment. |
|
| Measuring Change How do I know that I have made progress? When our community progresses towards AIDS Competence, we want to measure this progress. More on Measuring Change |
Sharing lessons learned How can we share our good practices and help each other to progress? Knowledge Management tools can help us. More on Sharing lessons learned |
