Board members gave strategic directions for the future of the Constellation On December 14, Board members of the Constellation met in Chiangmai. They gave strategic directions to the Constellation and its secretariat regarding several issues. For example, starting in 2008, two committees will help the secretariat with membership and financial issues. |
Networks of transporters and People Living with HIV/AIDS from Burundi, DR-Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania built their dream of an AIDS Competent region and will strive to make it come true.
From December 8 to 14, the Constellation organized a week of SALT visits to discover the strengths of the people in Northern Thailand.
