As a public service provider, and on behalf of the Federal Public Service of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation, BTC supports developing countries in their fight against poverty. BTC and The Constellation in Belgium

The Belgian Technical Cooperation organises a monthly workshop on Development Cooperation. Every month, Jean-Louis Lamboray, the President of the Constellation, shares his experience with young people about HIV/AIDS. Participants are very enthusiastic about “the other way” proposed by the Constellation.

The Belgium Competence Team is organising a conference on the 12th of June, in the Hoogstraat/Rue Haute, in Brussels, at the Belgian Technical Cooperation offices. A team of experienced members will be there to share their experience and to learn from you!

The Constellation invited to address the Assembly of Francophone parliamentarians

On the 1st of December 2006, World AIDS day, Jean-Louis Lamboray, the President of the Constellation, was invited as a key speaker at the Assembly of the Francophone Parliamentarians.

Participants were enthusiastic about the approach and asked the representative of the Ministry of Health to start a pilot project to stimulate the AIDS Competence Process in Belgium. At present, discussions are taking place with the Ministry.
