HealthNet TPO is an international NGO active in transitional countries and in so-called 'fragile states'. HealthNet TPO encourages the development of autonomous and sustainable (public) health services delivery managed by skilled local people and supported by solid local structures and competent authorities. Performance contracts are awarded to health care providers with the capacity to develop and maintain a convincing provision of the basic health package to the target population

HealthNet TPO and The Constellation in Burundi, Congo and Sudan

In October 2007, the Constellation will work with three HealthNet TPO facilitation team to introduce the ideas of SALT visits and Self Assessment.

In a second state of the programme, the Constellation will introduce its methodology in more details to the Facilitation Teams.

The Constellation will provide its services to HealthNet TPO in Burundi and Congo. The process in Sudan will be supported by long distance means.
